A Message from Judge Michael Roith

 

I look forward to the campaign for election to a 5th term. I am privileged to have served as a District Court Judge since 1984. One of the greatest honors of my legal career has been the opportunity to serve the public in my capacity as a judge.

During my 26 years on the District Court Bench, I have strived to be the best judge that I could be by working very hard. I believe that the law should apply equally to everyone. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and with courtesy.

I have never taken for granted the support and trust you have given me through your vote. I hope you will be active in my campaign and I look forward to serving you for another term.

My promise to the citizens of the State of Minnesota continues to be the only promise a judge may ethically make: to work diligently in the processing of court cases, to be fair and impartial, and to treat all who appear before me with dignity and respect.
