A Letter from the Committee

Dear Voter,

Judge Michael Roith is on the ballot for re-election this November 2, 2010. While we are confident that Judge Roith will win re-election to his fifth term and continue to serve the citizens of the Tenth Judicial District, we need your support.

Justice is always best served by common sense, decisiveness, fairness and hard work. Judge Roith has the proven experience to apply his common sense and works very hard.  He is a good judge who should be given the opportunity to continue his dedicated and proven service to the District Court Bench.

Judge Roith does have an opponent in this fall’s election. His contributions to our legal system are being threatened! His friends and colleagues will help him wage a serious and spirited campaign. A campaign waged to ensure that prompt and fair justice continues will require hard work and money. Judge Roith will work hard and help finance his campaign. But we will still need your help and support. Your financial support is needed to make certain that a fair, hard working, decisive and practical judge continues to serve the Tenth Judicial District.

Besides a financial contribution, there are many other ways to support and help Judge Roith in his campaign efforts. Click on the “What you can do” page on this web site for more ideas about how you can keep a good judge on the bench.

Thank you for your support and help.

Sincerely,

The Committee To Re-Elect Judge Roith
